Sometimes, the best journeys start unexpectedly. We met while working on a project, not knowing that endless conversations about food, health, and life would spark something bigger. What began as a shared curiosity turned into a shared dream and that’s how The Diet Decode came to life.

We believe food isn’t punishment, and health isn’t a race. At The Diet Decode, we cut through the noise of fad diets and quick fixes to bring you real, simple, and sustainable nutrition.

The M.Sc. specialised dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator, and MONASH trained FODMAP expert behind The Diet Decode. Known for her “I don’t judge, I guide” approach, she blends science with practicality to help people build a healthier relationship with food. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her planning her next trip, exploring new cuisines, binge-watching her favourite shows, or pretending she’s finally getting the hang of social media!

With an M.Sc. in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics and certification as a Diabetes Educator, she guides you gently yet consistently, making sure you stay on track every step of the way. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her sipping coffee, lost in a romance novel, catching up on her much-needed beauty sleep, or struggling her way through anything remotely technological!
